Real wedding: Michael and Lauren

A cosy Autumn wedding at a stunning vintage southern highlands venue.

The Reception

It was may in Bowral, and as the sun was gently setting the temperature began to lower, so the guests were keen to get inside the warm brick walls of heritage building. The nice garden ceremony on the picturesque grounds of Montrose House were complete, and it was time to begin the reception of Michael and Lauren’s wedding day.

As we shuffled inside, some French cafe music set the tone of elegance for the night. The lovely dinner was accompanied either by some heartfelt speeches, as we then led into cake cutting and Michael and Lauren’s first dance to open up the dance-floor.

The Party

Party time had begun. The crowd was mostly late 20s to mid 30s, so the 2000s throwback songs had a particularly big impact on the dance-floor, as well as some Aussie classics from the likes of John Farnham and Jimmy Barnes.

Michael and Lauren – what an amazing night, and I wish you all the very best for the future!
